Can I track my order?

Do you offer custom orders?
Yes. We offer customization options for selected products, including height, body shape, skin tone, hair, eyes, and other features. Please contact us before ordering a custom product.
What materials are available?
We mainly offer TPE and silicone products. TPE is known for its softness and flexibility, while silicone offers a firmer feel and excellent durability.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging without obvious product information on the outside of the package.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free for customers located in the country served by the overseas warehouse. However, shipping fees apply if the purchase is made by a customer outside that country.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the origin and destination. Items shipped from overseas warehouses usually arrive quickly, typically within 3–5 business days. For shipments from warehouses in China, please contact customer service.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our overseas warehouses in the USA, Europe, and Mexico for in-stock products. Custom orders and products without overseas stock are shipped from our production facility in China.
Is payment information secure?
Our website uses encrypted payment gateways to fully protect personal information and order privacy, ensuring transaction security.
Does hair loss on silicone dolls count as a quality issue?
No, it is not a quality issue. Slight natural shedding is an inherent physical property of silicone material and is a normal phenomenon in the industry. It does not affect the appearance or normal use.
How should the product be maintained and cleaned daily?
Gently clean with clean water and let it air dry in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight and sharp objects. This will effectively extend the product’s lifespan. We can also provide cleaning instruction videos.
